Usually when using this sauce I will sauté up some onions and or peppers to go with the sauce. I start with a hot stainless pan adding onions or veggies. Cook for a few minutes adding water or stock to water sauté till softened but firm. When pan is still hot add rice vinegar and allow to cook down till. Add paste, water, soy sauce and seasoning. Stirring to incorporate all ingredients and reduce heat to low. When reached desired consistency. Serve with Asian spiced meatless meatballs over zucchini noodles, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Or for another a meal idea add tofu and broccoli then serve over brown rice.
